“The devil’s in the details. The angel is in the policy.” What the fuck does this even mean? This doesn’t mean anything at all, right? There is no possible way this could make any kind of sense as an answer to this question, right? Is he just saying random words in order to avoid saying anything even vaguely specific? This would be hilarious, if this guy wasn’t trying to become the next president of the United States.
