
Hell yeah, it’s that time of year again…
Fasnachtschüechli time!
Fasnachtschüechli are flat, sugar-sprinkled pastries that are traditionally eaten here in Switzerland before/during Fasnacht (Swiss Carnival). Which means they unfortunately pretty much disappear from the stores by the middle of March.
I’m totally addicted to them and soooo happy that it’s fasnachtschüechli season again. I will be sure to get my fill before they’re out of season!
I think it’s fairly easy to make them yourself, though.
